Lisa – Manager
Lisa joined
Especially for Pets in September 2003 after working several years in
the pet retail industry. Before becoming manager, she was assistant
manager in our Wayland location. She was a keeper and manager for
over 13 years at Franklin Park Zoo caring for exotic hoofstock, rare
cranes and large carnivores. Lisa has a degree in wildlife
illustration and biology. She loves having Zephyr, a mostly Belgian
Sheepdog accompany her to work. In her free time, Lisa enjoys
camping, canoeing and bird carving.

Emily
– Groomer
Emily is a graduate
of Millis High School and has been grooming for several years. She
previously owned her own shop for over five years. Emily has been
interested in the pet industry since childhood, as her father works
in the field as well. She is looking forward to learning more
about natural/alternative pet care. Coming from a "dog family", she
loves spoiling her two pugs, Maggie and Chester, her parents’ mixed
breed Buck, and her sister's English Mastiff, Clifford. In her spare
time, Emily enjoys being with her friends, visiting New Hampshire,
and kayaking.
